According to the View's producers Taylor Swift and Kanye West have made up. The rapper personally phoned the Swift Tuesday morning to apologize for his outburst during her MTV Video Music Awards acceptance speech. The conversation took place at the ABC's "The View" studios, shortly after the 19-year-old first spoke publicly about the Sunday night incident, admitting being rattled by West's outburst.
