My Dream Job

Now this is a job that me and my fiancé would have killed to have. Picture that all you gotta do in an 8 hour or 12 hour day is goto Theme Parks ride every ride eat from every place in the park and just soak in all the sites the park has to offer then just Twitter and Blog about it for 67 days. Oh yeah and you get paid $25,000 for it PLUS all expenses paid during your visits. Yeah that's right 25 Grand for two to three months worth of work. Zoltan Bathory guitar player for the metal band Five Finger Death Punch is missing. He hasn't been seen since there show in Las Vegas NV. The group posted this on the incedent

"We have not been able to locate Zoltan from 5FDP since Friday night�s show in Las Vegas. He has not responded to calls, text messages, or emails, and he was last seen around 2:00am Friday night at Wasted Space in the Hard Rock Casino, taking tequila shots at the bar with a group of guys from a bachelor party who came to the show.
If anybody has any information as to the whereabouts of Zoltan, please email ffdp@prospectpk.com immediately. This is not like him and the band needs to prepare for the upcoming tour. The somber funeral for slain Scottish soldier Kevin Elliott was brightened -- sartorially, at least -- by an attendee in a neon green, tight-fitting dress and hot pink knee socks.


The fluorescent getup was worn by the soldier's best friend, Barry Delainey, fulfilling his and Elliott's promise to wear a dress to the funeral of whomever passed away first, The Telegraph reports.

Sadly, the 24-year-old Elliott died before his time during an insurgent attack in Afghanistan on August 31, The Telegraph reports, though his funeral was not held in Dundee until yesterday.

While Delainey's day-glo attire surely must have raised eyebrows amongst a crowd of mourners wearing traditional black or military uniforms, we think his bold choice is a touching testament to his friendship with Elliott.

Holograms You Can Touch.

In the past, holograms served no real purpose. Sure, they've always been cool to look at, but that's pretty been it -- until now. Reuters reports that a group of Japanese scientists have developed technology that allows holograms to respond to human touch, opening up a world of uses for the 3-D images. The scientists at Tokyo University used ultrasonic waves and Nintendo Wii controllers to create a software program that not only tracks the movements of a person's hand, but also allows holograms to respond to the "touch" (or, really, non-touch) of a hand.

While the technology is still in its early stages, scientists hope to eventually use it for practical purposes. (Holographic controls on hospital machines, for instance, could replace easily contaminated physical controls.) So don't get too excited, geeks. All of the creative content will run parallel to the on-air "Heroes" narrative as well as will allow fans to discover more about the characters through their interaction with the online games, stories, clues and mobile content.

The 10-week NBC.com/Sprint event will revolve around a new element from the fourth season of Heroes - a mysterious traveling carnival populated by a group of people extraordinary abilities led by a charismatic and powerful figure. Three members of the cast will appear on-air in the series as well as in the duration of this integrated storytelling.

Patrick Swayze Dies at 57..

Patrick Swayze had died of pancreatic cancer with family at his side" on September 14, 2009, at age 57, twenty months after being diagnosed. he was a great Actor and a wonderful person as said by people who knew him. My favorite movie of all time happends to be one he was involved in "Point Break". May He Rest In Peace.
